NYS Diploma Special Endorsement

Students participating in the Angelo Del Toro Puerto Rican / Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute have the opportunity to receive additional special endorsements on their New York State High School Diplomas.  They must complete additional work outside of their high school day and a culminating capstone project in order to receive this acknowledgement.  Many of this work can be addressed in Delegation Curriculum.
